A Lip Primer is a clear or tinted product designed to help lipstick last longer.
Lip Primers should be applied before the application of lipstick, lipgloss, lip liner or lip lacquer, they can be applied with the fingertips or an included applicator like a brush or doe foot.
Lip Primers are usually clear, but some brands have tinted ones available.
The purpose of a lip primer is to help lipstick last longer without feathering or bleeding.
