Revlon Colorstay Skinny Liquid Liners Black Out, Mahogany Flame, Green Spark, Electric Blue.
Revlon ColorStay Skinny Liquid Liners are affordable felt tip liquid liners. There are a total of four shades in the range (a black, brown, green and blue) which is great for a drugstore brand. The applicators are some of the finest felt tips I have ever come across and can produce some of the thinnest lines I’ve ever seen with an eyeliner, however … The applicators are also very flexible, in fact almost too flexible which makes it very tricky to get a steady, even line without messing up. In terms of staying power these were incredibly disappointing, I was able to remove all the shades with just one swipe of a cotton pad soaked in water, not to mention they smudged easily and faded throughout the day. Overall I think these need some improvement, I give Revlon props for making liquid eyeliners with a fine point and for creating some great shades, but with the flexibility of the applicator and the poor staying power I probably wouldn’t use these again.
Revlon Colorstay Skinny Liquid Liner Swatches Black Out, Mahogany Flame, Green Spark, Electric Blue.
Blackout is a matte charcoal black shade with no shimmer. It isn’t jet black and dries very quickly and unevenly which makes it hard to create a perfect line.
Mahogany Flame is a beautiful rich red-brown shade with lots of warm brown shimmer. This is one my favourite shades out of the range because it’s so creamy, pigmented and plain beautiful.
Green Spark is a deep moss green shade with shimmer. It has good pigmentation but can apply unevenly.
Electric Blue is a gorgeous intense cool-toned bright blue shade with no shimmer and my favourite shade out of the range. This shade is super unique and almost appears neon.
