Jurlique Hydra-Gloss Lip Glosses in I’m Neutral, I’m Blushing
Jurlique Hydra-Gloss Lip Glosses are limited edition lip glosses for spring 2014, they are available in two exclusive shades. These lip glosses provide a very subtle hint of colour to the lips and if anything, they’re more like tinted lip balms, especially given how hydrating they are. These lip glosses have what Jurlique calls a “Nutri-Oil Complex” and that these glosses are designed to “Protect and soothe dry, chapped lips” and I can definitely agree that they are very hydrating. These give a lovely gloss to the lips and look really pretty when worn alone or over the top of other lip colours, I think in terms of formula and shades these would be great for summer but unfortunately these don’t contain any SPF, which is a downfall. The other let down with these glosses was the scent, I’m really not a fan of peppermint flavored glosses/lip products as they often irritate my lips and give a tingling sensation and for that I probably won’t wear these very often. Overall I think these are nice lip glosses, they’re not great, but they’re not bad either, perhaps if these didn’t have a peppermint flavor and they weren’t so expensive ($22 per gloss) I’d like these more.

I’m Neutral is a sheer peachy pale nude shade with no shimmer, it would suit all skintones but can tend to wash out fair complexions.
I’m Blushing is a sheer pretty pale pink shade with no shimmer, it is the perfect my lips but better shade and ideal for all skintones, especially light to medium.
