Back to the Basics: Brow Filler

A brow filler (or enhancer) is a product which is applied to the eyebrows in order to make them appear thicker and more defined.

Brow enhancers come in many different formulas. The most commony used are powder and pencil, but now there are also cream and gel-like formulas on the market. Powder and pencils generally give a softer effect and are best for beginners whilst creams and gels are usually high in pigment and trickier to apply.

Brow enhancers come in a combination of hair colour shades such as blonde, hazel, auburn, brunette and sometimes grey or black. The colour of brow enhancer you use should match the colour of your brows (approx one shade lighter than your hair colour)

The purpose of a brow enhancer is to fill in your eyebrows to create a thicker, fuller looking brow and help shape and define them.
