I’m Judge Makeup Tips and  I’m about to bust you for believing one of the biggest beauty myth’s out; you now have the right to purchase an eye cream.

"I’m nearly 30 now so I guess it is time for me to start using eye cream" she said. It’s a common belief that you don’t need to start a skincare routine or using anti-aging products until you actually start to see signs of aging but this is false on so many accounts. The best way to get rid of wrinkles? Prevention. There is no such thing as too early to start a skincare routine or to start using an eye cream. (although you want to avoid ingredients like Retin A at a young age as it can thin out the skin and increase skins photosensitivty) As soon as you possibly can try to use an eye cream and apply it with the pad of your ring finger (it is the most gentle) The skin around the eye area is much, much thinner than the rest of your face so it shows signs of aging much quicker. The sooner you start using an eye cream, the better. You can use your regular moisturiser but these usually aren’t designed to be used around the eye area (and hence can cause irritation) plus eye creams are much more potent and much more hydrating so they help the eye area to maintain elasticity for longer. Ensue you remove your eye makeup each night with a good eye makeup remover (I like Bioderma) and gently pat a tiny amount eye cream (I love Origins Gin Zing Refreshing Eye Cream) around the eye area using your ring finger (don’t apply too much as it can make the eye area appear puffy) wear big sunglasses to prevent crows feet and  to prevent any aging on the face & body use sunscreen everyday (even if it is raining)

BEAUTY MYTH: BUSTED! You should start a skincare routine and start using an eye cream as soon as possible.
